Do you carry any diaper bags?
All Chelsey Henry bags can be used as a diaper bag with the additional purchase of the changing mat. Our best selling diaper bags are the Shopper Tote or Traveler Tote, which include an adjustable strap that can be used on the back of a stroller.

Are Chelsey Henry bags waterproof?
Chelsey Henry Totes and accessories are not waterproof. We recommend you ScotchGuard™ your bag to protect it from the environment.

How should I clean my bag?
Chelsey Henry recommends that you ScotchGuard™ your bags to protect them from daily wear. Most nylon and canvas Chelsey Henry bags can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water. For leather bags, use professional leather cleaner. Please note: We do not recommend that you submerse your bag in water or put it in the washing machine, as it will destroy the shape of the bag.

Can I get my bag repaired?
Unfortunately CH cannot repair bags; we recommend you use your local tailor or dry cleaners.

Do you ship COD?
Chelsey Henry does not ship COD. We accept Credit Cards (Visa, AmEx, Discover, and MasterCard).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, via UPS.

Can I get Chelsey Henry to donate a bag to an auction?
You may email fae@chelseyhenry.com with your auction request form as well as official tax paperwork for the auction. Due to high demand, we cannot fulfill all requests and will respond within 2 business days.

Do I need to pay the shipping charges for something I decided I didn’t want to keep?
Yes, Chelsey Henry is not responsible for the shipping charges on items other than defective items or inaccurate orders.

How do I return a bag?
Unused purchases may be returned with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase. Chelsey Henry offers a 6 month warranty on any defective product. Please contact us at ch@chelseyhenry.com if you should have any questions or concerns.

I’m missing or have a defective accessory from my Ultimate Bag.  Can you send me a replacement?
