We stand behind the quality of our bags and accessories by honoring a 30-day return policy for unused product purchased (or received as a gift) directly through Chelsey Henry. For items purchased from a retail store, please return to the place of purchase to process your return.

If you received defective Chelsey Henry merchandise, regardless of where the product was purchased, we will replace the item or issue a full refund within 6 months of the date of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:

Requesting a Return Authorization (RA) Form
To return or exchange product purchased directly through Chelsey Henry, please email customer service at ch@chelseyhenry.com. The email subject line should read “RA Request.” Please include your complete name, address, telephone number, email address, order number located in the upper right corner of the packing list, the item(s) to be returned or exchanged, and the reason for return. Chelsey Henry will issue an RA # and email you a completed return form within 2 business days. Please print this form for your records and include a copy it in the box with the returned merchandise.

Return Instructions
When shipping merchandise back to Chelsey Henry, clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the box and include a copy of the return form inside. Returned goods must be in perfect, un-used condition, in the original Chelsey Henry packaging, and received within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, Chelsey Henry cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

Chelsey Henry will accept returns of defective merchandise, regardless of where the product was purchased, if the merchandise is received within 6 months of the date of purchase. Once Chelsey Henry receives the merchandise, it will be evaluated for quality and defect. Defective product includes: workmanship and material defects such as zippers, hardware, exterior, interior, or handles.

Unfortunately, Chelsey Henry is unable to repair bags; we recommend visiting a local dry cleaner or tailor for repairs to stitching.
